If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 work days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
